One of the leading construction firms based on New York City is seeking to hire a Resident Engineer, permanent position. Salary $55 to $70 per hour and benefits (Health, Dental, Disability and 401K)

Job responsibilities:

1) Managing field personnel consisting of office engineer, inspectors, and community construction liaison.

2) Manage daily project activities including project budget, schedule, contract requirements and inspections.

3) Provide technical guidance and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
1) BS in Civil Engineering with PE in the State of New York.

2) Minimum 5 years of construction inspection experience on NYCDDC projects.

3) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4) Excellent organizational skills.
