Job Description: 

– HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems design for stations, tunnels and office buildings, including cooling load calculations,pressure drop calculations, hydraulic calculations, drawing production in CAD and BIM, equipment selection, specifications, coordination with other disciplines and vendors.

– Work shall be performed under the direct supervision of a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
– Review of mechanical design performed by others
– Review shop drawings
– Participate in other construction support services
– Participate in design coordination and review meetings
– Perform field inspections
– Write reports and other documents
– Codes analysis (NFPA, Building codes)
– Produce CAD drawings for mechanical systems, including BIM
Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
– A minimum of 10% field/construction experience
– Experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Fireprotection
– Good written and oral communication skills.
– Team player who can lead and/or follow depending on what the team needs.
– Proficient in MicroStation, AutoCAD and BIM

– Must have the work authorization of USA or Canada.
